For over 15 years, I unknowingly lived under the weight of lust and promiscuity, believing it was just a part of who I was. Even after giving my life to God, the struggle didn’t magically disappear. I battled urges and temptations, thinking that as long as I avoided pornography or physical encounters, I was doing enough. But I was wrong. 

Through studying God’s Word, I discovered that lust wasn’t just “wrong” because the Bible said so—it was a spiritual stronghold blocking me from God’s promises. One pivotal moment changed everything: when I called on the name of Jesus, over and over again, during a moment of weakness. That night, I experienced peace like never before. 

Determined to walk fully in freedom, I sought deliverance. I renounced every spirit tied to my past—be it through rape, masturbation, fornication, adultery, pornography, or fantasies. That moment marked a turning point in my life. While temptations may still arise, I now walk in the power of God’s deliverance and victory. 

This journal/workbook is born from my freedom journey and is designed to guide you through yours. Together, we’ll break spiritual barriers, uproot strongholds, and step into the healing and promises God has for you.
